PROPOSALS have been drawn up to turn a Shawlands hotel and restaurant site into flats.
The Ivory, at the corner of Camphill Avenue at Langside Avenue, would be converted, part demolished and extended to form 16 apartments.
The existing hotel and restaurant would become six flats and a new block of 10 units would be built in the grounds and car park.
The application by Ola Properties Ltd is pending assessment by city planners.
Permission was previously given for the principle of residential development at the site.
