TWO empty shops at The Forge shopping centre in Glasgow’s East End can be turned into a restaurant with hot food takeaway, planning officials have agreed.
Mediterranean Cafe Ltd applied for the change of use for vacant units at the Gallowgate complex.
Plans submitted to Glasgow City Council show a layout with seating for nearly 70 people.
