7 June, 2018 | News

A NEW name is brewing in Glasgow’s coffee scene as Triple Two Coffee Masters prepare to open their first Scottish outlet.

The company is fitting out a unit at 23 Stockwell Street in Granite House, in the city centre.

The coffee shop will have seating for 44 people and it will be open Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm, and Sunday, 7am to 6pm.

Triple Two started in Swindon and hopes to open 100 stores in three years.

The company states on its website: “The design of the [Glasgow] store has been inspired by its surroundings and includes many aspects of Glaswegian design and heritage.

“Georgian Wired Glass and coloured light wall boxes, inspired by the designs of famous Glaswegian, Charles Rennie Mackintosh will be the focal point of the store.”
