A DEVELOPER is proposing to demolish a former foundry building in Finnieston and replace it with student accommodation.
CW Properties is starting pre-application consultation next week over the plan for 131 Minerva Street.

The existing building is currently used for offices. It is described on the Canmore website as having been a brass foundry.
Proposals are at an early stage but it’s understood the development would have space for around 200 students.
