PLANNING permission has been given for 22 terraced houses on the site of a former care home beside Maryhill Park.
Glasgow City officials have agreed that a social rent development by Maryhill Housing Association can go ahead at Caldercuilt Road at Rothes Drive, where 1960s nursing home Ferguson Anderson House was located.
All of the houses are three-bedroom, five-person properties, two of them suitable for people in wheelchairs.
There will be 22 parking spaces.
