PERMISSION is being sought to demolish a disused council building in Cranhill and build flats
Twelve ‘affordable’ apartments in a three-storey block are proposed by SIM Building Group Ltd at the former social work base at Ruchaze Place.
Each flat would have two bedrooms.
The proposal is pending assessment by Glasgow City planners.
