DESIGNS for a second office block at the massive Shawfield regeneration site are being considered by planners.
The four-storey building will be beside the first block completed at Clyde Gateway’s Magenta business park.
Drawings show the ground and first floors will be divided into a number of small ‘lettable’ units.
The remaining two levels are each marked as being for let as entire floors.
Around 170 parking spaces will be provided.
The detailed proposals are being assessed by officials at South Lanarkshire Council.
