PERMISSION is being sought for 128 houses and flats in Carntyne.
The proposal by AS Homes Scotland involves land on Myreside Street at Rigby Street.
There would be 90 houses, a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties.
Thirty-eight flats would built be in a four-storey block, nine with one bedroom and 29 with two bedrooms.
There would be 128 car parking spaces for residents and 32 for visitors.
The site was originally developed as a munitions factory during the First World War.
An existing metal clad factory and brown brick building partly occupy the site. These were used until recently for steel fabrication.
The application is pending assessment by Glasgow City planners.
