GLEN Oaks Housing Association has been given the go-ahead for a residential development at Arden.
Forty-seven homes will be built to the west of Darnley Path, between Kennisholm Avenue and the railway line.
There will be a mixture of cottage flats, terraced and semi-detached houses.
Glasgow City Council officials approved the application for planning permission.
