PERMISSION is being sought to knock down a Glasgow pub and build apartments and a convenience store.
The proposal involves the White Elephant on Merrylee Road, near Clarkston Road, between Muirend and Cathcart.
Twenty flats would be built, 11 with one bedroom and nine with two bedrooms.
The four-storey building would have a rooftop terrace.
The shop would have sales space of around 300 square metres.
The application is pending assessment by city planners.
