A RESIDENTIAL development is being proposed for the site of a former care home in Baillieston.
Spectrum West Ltd want to build 16 four-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses on land previously occupied by the Loancroft facility at 95 Muirhead Road.
A design document submitted with the planning application states: “The proposed scheme will complement and contribute to the local area providing additional high quality homes that meet the demand in the area.”
The proposal is pending consideration by Glasgow City Council.
