PETROL Station And Drive-Thru Restaurant Approved

COUNCILLORS have approved a petrol filling station and a drive-thru restaurant on the site of a former church near the M77 at Darnley.

Euro Garages were today given permission for the development on Nitshill Road by Glasgow City Council’s planning applications committee.

No details of operators for petrol station and drive-thru restaurant have been revealed.

The restaurant will be open 6am to 10pm each day and the petrol station will be 24-hour opening.

Fifty-two car parking spaces would be provided and 12 cycle parking spaces.

St Louise Church closed in 20 November 2016 and was demolished.
