A DEVELOPMENT of 37 houses has been approved for a site in Barlanark.
The terraced homes and cottage flats will be built at Garvel Cresecent by Calvay Housing Association.
The application has been given the go-ahead by Glasgow City Council.
The brownfield site was previously occupied by residential properties.
