PLANS have been drawn up for a four-storey medical research laboratory and offices at Govan.
The development is proposed for part of a disused car park on Linthouse Road at Holmfauld Road.
A planning application has been submitted to Glasgow City Council.

A design statement explains: “Kadans Science Partner seeks to deliver a new precision medicine health innovation hub, in partnership with the University of Glasgow and Scottish Enterprise.
“The ambition is to create a multi-tenanted flexible office and lab building within the Clyde Waterfront Innovation Campus, with research links to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
“The proposal provides a platform for ambitious research and innovation. It also aims to bring employment opportunities plus community value to Govan.”
The application is pending assessment by city planners.
