SOUTHSIDE Housing Association have applied for a 120-flat development in Pollokshields.
The properties would form phases two and three of the masterplan for the St Andrew’s Drive, Shields Road, Maxwell Drive and St John’s Road area.
They will replace five and six-storey 1960s blocks of flats.
A mix of one, two and three-bed apartments, two-bed wheelchair accessible apartments and three and four-bed main-door maisonettes are proposed across 14 buildings blocks which vary in height from one to four floors.
The proposal is pending assessment by Glasgow City planners.
