A LARGE parcel handling facility looks set to be constructed at an east Glasgow business park for use by global distribution firm DHL.
Planning permission is being sought for the development at Clyde Gateway East, London Road, near the M74 motorway.
The site would have space for more than 60 delivery lorries as well as 165 car parking spaces.
The premises would operate from 5am to 11pm, seven days a week.
The proposal is pending consideration by Glasgow City Council planners.
