DRUM Property Group is going ahead with a 108-apartment development in Finnieston.

G3 Square in Minerva Street will rise to six and seven storeys and is due to be completed in 2020.

Drum say the architecture will echo the height and feel of nearby traditional sandstone building and crescents.

There will be a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including three penthouses. Prices will start from £159,995.

Planning permission is in place for a total of 189 flats in two blocks at the site.
