DEVELOPER Vastint Hospitality has submitted its planning application for residential and office buildings at High Street, Glasgow.
Three apartment towers — containing 221 units for rent — plus an eight-storey office block are proposed for the vacant plot at the former goods yards at Collegelands, south and east of the Moxy hotel.
There would also enhanced public realm — including apublic square beside High Street station — and landscaping.
The application is pending consideration by Glasgow City planners.
