BEFORE the coronavirus shutdown, preparation work was well underway at massive Trongate/Candleriggs mixed use development site in Glasgow City Centre.
Drum Property Group is still awaiting detailed consent from planners for a 500-bed hotel, a 350-apartment build-to-rent complex, plus offices and food/drink outlets.
