‘COMPLETE demolition’ of a historic former Glasgow East End school is proposed after it was badly damaged in a fire.
The major blaze broke out at the B-listed Queen Mary Street Public School last month.
The building, which was constructed around 1891, had been disused since 2009.
An application for ‘complete demolition’ is pending consideration by planning officers although substantial parts of the structure have already been removed and major demolition equipment is already on site.
