An application for planning permission has been made by JR Group on behalf of the housing association.
There would be a mix of one, two and three-bedroom flats.

The sites are currently occupied by Elderpark Community Centre, which is in poor condition, and the Mac Ventilation warehouse.
The proposal is pending assessment by Glasgow City planners.
