PLANS have been drawn up for a residential block of up to 15 floors on a site near the Clyde in Glasgow City Centre.
Developer Structured House is working on proposals to replace an office building in Hydepark Street, just off Anderston Quay, with a high-rise flats development.
The building would contain around 150 one, two and three-bedroom flats and would be next to an existing multi-storey block.
Structured House submitted a proposal of application notice for the project in June, a requirement under planning regulations if a scheme is considered to be a major development.
The proposal of application notice procedure requires applicants to carry out community consultation ahead of a planning application being submitted.
