A HIGH quality flats conversion is being proposed for a Grade-A listed building beside the Clyde in Glasgow City Centre.
Planners are being asked to approve refurbishment of empty premises at 48 Carlton Place
Seven apartments would be formed; five in the main house and two in a rear extension.
Six of the flats would have two bedrooms, the remaining one, in the loft, would have one bedroom.
Documents submitted with the planning application state the refurbishment “will be to the highest quality maintaining an appearance fit for the area and for the level of clients which this development is proposing to cater for.”
The proposal is pending assessment by city officials.
