PLANS for a new apartment block beside the railway at Partick have been approved.
Glasgow’s planning applications committee agreed that Cruden Homes (West) Ltd can build 35 flats at Burgh Hall Street.
A warehouse will be demolished to make way for the building.

There will be nine one-bedroom flats, 22 two-bedroom flats and three with three bedrooms, all for private sale.
The development will be car-free as it is in a highly-accessible public transport area.
Planning officials had recommended that the application be approved.
Their report stated: “The massing of four storeys, with a fifth storey set back from the building line, respects the height and massing of the surrounding tenements.”
