PROPOSALS to demolish a community centre and a warehouse and build flats have been approved.
Forty-three apartments will be provided by Elderpark Housing Association in two blocks on opposite corners on Nimmo Drive, at Elderpark Street, Govan.
The application for planning permission was made by JR Group on behalf of the housing association.
There will be a mix of one, two and three-bedroom flats.
The sites are currently occupied by Elderpark Community Centre, which is in poor condition, and the Mac Ventilation warehouse.
