REGENERATION project Clyde Gateway has been given approval for an office and industrial park on the site of former gas works in Glasgow’s East End.
The development at Bartholomew Street in Dalmarnock will have three single-storey industrial units, two ‘hybrid’ industrial/commercial units and one business unit comprising office, workshop and display space.
All the units have been designed so that they can be sub-divided into smaller units.
Vehicle access will be off Dunn Street.
