PLANS have been drawn up for a residential development at a former care home site in Glasgow’s West End
A block containing 30 apartments is proposed for land previously occupied by Rannoch House, 97 Cleveden Road, Kelvindale.
There would be a mixture of two and three-bedroom flats. Thirty-eight car parking spaces would be provided.
A design statement included with the application explains: “Our proposal reconnects the existing urban fabric by infilling a previous derelict site and continuing the street pattern of linear flatted developments and green boundary treatments.”
The application by Adam (Scotland) is pending assessment by city planners.
