TWO major movie productions are filming in Glasgow City Centre over the next few weeks.

A long list of streets affected has been published on the city council website and widespread preparations to make parts of central Glasgow resemble a US city are well underway, including on Cochrane Street, St Vincent Street and Renfield Street.

There has been no official confirmation regarding which movies are involved although the latest Indiana Jones film starring Harrison Ford is rumoured to be one of them as the crew and stars have been spotted elsewhere in Scotland.

Restrictions will include streets and lanes being closed and parking being suspended.

There will be prohibition of pedestrian movements during “action”.
