NEW proposals have been drawn up for housing association flats at the site of a former social work base in Glasgow’s East End.
SIM Building Group Ltd have applied to build 12 two-bedroom apartments in a four-storey block at Ruchazie Place, Cranhill.
The properties would be for Thenue Housing Association.
The former council facility at the site has been vacant for some years and would be demolished.
A previous proposal for 12 flats was refused in March 2022.
