THE first apartments at the highly anticipated G3 Square in one of Glasgow’s most sought-after districts have been released for sale.

The contemporary flats by Drum Property Group generated huge interest when plans were announced last year and a selection of homes at the development in Finnieston are now available.

Prospective purchasers will be able to choose between one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, all with spacious open-plan living spaces, quality finishes and hi-spec fittings.

Early indications are that demand is going to be very high, with 61 apartments having already been reserved during an initial priority sales period to prospective purchasers registered with the development.

The apartments are arranged over six floors of what will eventually be a 108-home development in Minerva Street.

There is dedicated car and cycle parking and a landscaped outdoor space.

Purchasers can choose from a selection of flooring and each of the buildings, which have been designed to complement the traditional sandstone architecture of the district, will be served by lifts to all floors.

Prices at G3 Square start at £159,995 for a one-bedroom apartment and £229,250 for a two-bedroom apartment. It costs £2,000 to reserve an apartment.
