SOUTHSIDE Housing Association has lodged plans for flats at the site of a disused church at Mosspark Boulevard.
A new block containing 35 apartments is proposed for land currently occupied by the former Mosspark United Church at Ladybank Drive.
The church closed in 2019 and has been offered for sale to the housing association
The properties would be affordable housing for social rent.
A design document included with the application states: “The new homes designed for this scheme aid to provide high-quality living. The mix includes one, two and three bed flats, including adaptable standard accommodation.”
The proposal is pending consideration by Glasgow City Council.
