RESIDENTIAL use is being proposed for large commercial premises beside Glasgow’s canal.
Lar Projects want to convert the office building at Ruchill Street, Maryhill into 39 flats.
There would be a mix of two, three and four-bedroom units.
Another building at the site would be turned into two semi-detached houses.
Landscaping and 61 car parking spaces would be provided.
The planning application is pending consideration by city council officials.
