FLATS Bid At Former Restaurant/Church Gives Planners Food For Thought

4 September, 2018 | News, Residential, Churches

A DEVELOPER wants to knock down a disused church-turned-restaurant in central Glasgow and build a block of flats.

Kelvin Properties have applied for a seven-storey building at 15 Kent Road, near the Mitchell Library.

How the development is expected to look

It would have 20 flats — 17 with one bedroom and three with two-bedrooms.

The existing building was last used as Heera Indian restaurant

The application is pending assessment by Glasgow City Council planners.
