PLANNING permission is being sought for 14 flats and a retail unit in Castlemilk.
The proposal involves land at Holmbyre Terrace, near Carmunnock Road, that has been vacant for around 20 years.
All the flats in the four-storey building would have two bedrooms.
The developer is hoping to proceed in partnership with Thenue Housing Association which owns some of the site.
The application is pending consideration by Glasgow City Council planners.
