RESIDENTIAL use has been agreed for large commercial premises beside Glasgow’s canal.
Lar Projects has been given permission to convert the office building at Ruchill Street, Maryhill into 43 flats.
An outbuilding will be turned into a small cafe and office space.
There will be a mix of two, three and four-bedroom units.
The planning application was approved by city council officials.
