WORK is to start on a distinctive seven-storey development of flats in Partick.

Titan Homes (Scotland) Ltd is building 45 apartments on a triangular site in Meadow Road at Beith Street, beside the Clydeside Expressway.

There will be a mix of one, two and three-bedroom flats for private sale. Forty-five basement car parking spaces will be provided.

Planning permission was granted for the development in October 2016.
