A DEVELOPER has brought forward a detailed planning application for nearly 50 homes at a former B&Q store site in north east Glasgow.
City planners have already agreed that residential development can take place on the land at Cumbernauld Road near Hogganfield Loch.

Now Lovell Homes have submitted required designs and documents for approval in order to progress the construction of 47 houses and flats at the four-acre site.
There will be 30 detached and semi-detached houses — a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom properties — plus nine three-bedroom terraced homes and eight two-bedroom flats.
The application is pending assessment by council officials.
