PLANS have been submitted to turn another empty Hyndland retail unit into a food and drink outlet.
A cafe/sandwich shop is being proposed for former dry-cleaning premises at 135 Hyndland Road.
A drawing including with the planning application shows an indicative seating layout for around 50 people.
The neighbouring unit — the former Peckham’s deli — is subject of an application by Six By Nico Holdings Ltd seeking to turn it into a restaurant.
Both proposals are pending assessment by Glasgow City planners.
