TWELVE affordable-rent flats are proposed for land in Govanhill currently being used as a builder’s yard.
The car-free development at 17 South Annandale Street, just south of Govanhill Park, would contain a mix of one and two-bedroom properties.
It has been designed for a local registered social landlord.
The application is pending consideration by Glasgow City planners.
