PLANNING permission is being sought for a retail unit an a vacant East End corner site.
The shop is proposed for the corner of David Street at Gallowgate, next to the Blue Lagoon fish and chip shop.
It would be open seven days a week, 6am to 10pm.
The application is pending assessment by city planners.
