GLASGOW City planners have approved a flats development in Yorkhill.
Surplus Property Investments have been given permission to build a block containing 20 two-bedroom properties at the corner of Gilbert Street and Teviot Street.
The building will have five floors plus a rooftop amenity space and a lower ground floor car parking area with 13 spaces. There will be storage space for 34 bikes.
A design statement submitted with the application explained: “The development proposal will create a new coherent urban block which complements the existing urban grain of the area.”
