PLANNERS are being asked to approve further residential development in Calton.
Property developer Grant Stafford Borthwick Ltd has submitted detailed plans for 85 flats with ground floor commercial units on ground west of 331 Bell Street.
The seven-storey building would contain a mixture of one, two, three and four-bedroom units.
The site, beside Calton fire station and Morrison’s supermarket, is currently used for vehicle parking.
Fifty-four flats have recently been completed for the same developer on an adjacent site.
