DRUM Property Group has completed the final phase of its G3 Square development in Finnieston.

The £31million complex of 113 rental apartments for Edmund de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management is on Minerva Street next to Exhibition Centre train station.

The first phase of 108 private apartments for sale was completed and sold in 2021.

G3 Square now comprises three separate buildings, ranging to six storeys and offering a selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. The development’s energy is supplied using an innovative community heating and energy centre providing cost-effective and sustainable heat and power.
